My goal is to help women identify and grow the strength that is already within them, so they can in turn identify and grow the strength their families.
My primary coaching missions is to help moms (of all ages) see and feel hope in their circumstances by listening to their stories, connecting them with resources and embodying God’s love as best as I can in every encounter.
As a complement to my mission, I also provide support services to spouses and guidance services to middle, high, and college students.
What I Am
Relationally, I am a wife and a mom of five ages 16, 13, 5 and twin two year-olds. In the past, I’ve been a young, single mom, gone through a terrible divorce as a result of mental illness and infidelity to become a single mom again. In my marriage, I’ve struggled with infertility and miscarriages and am now a mother of multiples.
By nature, I am a people pleaser, co-dependent and a stress-aholic. I have often been lonely and anxious. I grew up in Al Anon and am comfortable in chaos. As a result…
I am constantly working toward balance in my own mind, body and spirit.
Professionally, I have worked in corporate environments and for small businesses. I’ve participated in several MLMs, and I’ve been a mommy blogger. I’ve worked in the office and remotely and as a freelancer. I’ve been an executive and an assistant. I’ve run my own business and answered the phone for one.
What do all of these things make me?
I am a resourcer, a connecter. I am a cheerleader. I am a coach. I can be your support person.
What I’m Not
It is important to be clear about this. I am not a therapist. I am not an expert.
Individuals who most benefit from my services are those who may have a therapist but are looking for specific, forward-moving solutions that will help resolve a current situation or set of circumstances.
If you need psychological advice, I am not the right professional for you. If you need mental health support, I am not the right professional for you, though I hope my services will be helpful to your peace of mind.
